Data back-up

Please back up all your phone's data before the repair, generally, 99.99% of the repairs will not affect your data or settings in anyway, but just to be cautious in case anything goes wrong, we strongly recommend you to back up your phones data before the time of the repair.

Non-conformity & damages

In case any non-conformity or damage occurs during the repair which may require the phone to be further repaired at our workshop, the iFixer will ask to take hold of the phone for 24 hours so we can repair it at our facility. In such cases, repair cost may be discounted and compensations up to a new device may be offered, varying and depending on the damage and the case.

The iFixer will call you 5-30 mins before the appointment to confirm your exact address, failure to reach you may result in cancelling the appointment.
